Friends on the Road: Staying Safe Around Trucks
In collaboration with the WKO’s “Friends on the Road” campaign, our team taught children and students how to behave safely around trucks. Standing right next to the vehicle, we explained the blind spot, why keeping a safe distance and maintaining eye contact are important, and how long a braking distance can be. The children tried on safety vests, asked lots of questions, and took clear safety rules home with them.
