Industrial by-products are often perceived as waste, even though they contain valuable materials. Our Brantner subsidiary Compag utilizes this potential and develops new raw materials from it. For example, we use fine dust from industry as an additive for high-performance concrete, leftover sunflower husks from cooking oil production as fuel for district heating and residues from grappa production for high-quality flower and vegetable fertilizer.
