\nA study conducted by the “Krone” in cooperation with the IMWF (Institute for Management and Economic Research) has named us one of the most popular employers in the region.
\nThe study is based on a multi-stage process: First, extensive data on employer ratings in social media and on online platforms was collected for the approximately 4,900 largest companies in the country.
\nBased on this data, an overall index was calculated for each region and the companies with the best ratings were selected.
\nAmong other things, the areas of “good team culture and nice colleagues”, “open communication and transparency of superiors” and “job security \/ job security” were considered particularly important.
