<\/h2><\/div>When residual waste is incinerated, various non-combustible materials are left behind: ash and slag, bricks, ceramics – and also metals such as iron, aluminum and copper. With Brantner Slagtory technology, even the smallest metals, the thickness of a human hair, can be removed from the slag. These are crushed, washed, sieved and the metals and salts removed. Up to 90% of the resulting ash and slag can be recycled and does not have to be disposed of in landfill sites. This saves large amounts of CO2. <\/p>\n
The industrially produced aggregate is so clean after the process that it can be used for concrete production or road construction and is CE-certified in accordance with \u00d6NORM EN 12620 and \u00d6NORM EN 13242<\/a>.
