Es entstehen 4 Wohnetagen und 1 Tiefgescho\u00df. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Wohnungen variiert von ca. 60 m\u00b2 bis hin zu knapp 150 m\u00b2. Bei den beiden Wohnungen in der untersten Etage ist ein Garten vorgesehen, ebenso hat Top 3, die sich einen Stock oberhalb befindet, den Zugang zum eigenen Garten \u00fcber die Terrasse. Alle Wohneinheiten haben eine Freifl\u00e4che, mindestens 2 Zimmer und ein separates WC. Alle Wohnungen haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Weing\u00e4rten und das Stift G\u00f6ttweig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Grundst\u00fcck befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage inmitten der Weinberge.
